It is nice to know that at least one “Auld Gesga” tradition is still with us – Sailin’ Doon the Watter. We all went out a few weeks ago and booked a trip on the Waverly and took a leisurely trip to Dunoon where we had lunch and then the return trip home in the late afternoon.
We couldn’t have had a nicer day with the sun shining down from a clear sky and everyone in fine fettle. By the way, the two Whirling Dervishes? That’s Carol and Anita doing the Gay Gordon, well their version of it.
