One-to-One Support
Worker is Accountable
to the Residential
House Team Leader
Main Purpose of Post
-
Working in various locations on a one-to-one
basis with a female service user to provide mental stimulation, offer
general support and further enhancement of quality of life.

After appropriate induction training, support
and care for one service user in line with Hayfield policies and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
-
Ensure appropriate personal care and support
for service user, retaining the principles or dignity, privacy and respect
at all times.

Be involved in developing programmes of
activities appropriate to service user needs, health and well-being.

Be involved in developing effective
communication systems with service user.

Contribute to developing Care Plans, following
Goal Plans and attend reviews.
-
Availability to work shifts (day, evening and
weekends).

Liaison with others about daily outcomes and
ongoing developments.
NB - You will be expected to familiarise
yourself with Hayfield Policies & Procedures, including Health & Safety
matters and Confidentiality aspects.
Carry out
any other reasonable duties that may be required.
