1 - Foreward Hayfield
Limited and its employees shall be jointly bound by the Terms and Conditions of
Service until such time as: The
whole, or any part of them, are superseded by the requirements of the law. They
are changed with the full approval and consent of Hayfield’s Directors and in
accordance with current employment legislation. Any changes so
agreed will be notified to Hayfield’s staff within 28 days of agreement and
implementation.
